METHOD OF REPLACING SLIDING RESIN PLATE FOR SUPPORTING BRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of replacing a sliding resin plate for supporting a bridge capable of easily performing a replacement operation when the sliding resin plate must be replaced. SOLUTION: In this method, a sliding resin plate 20 which is installed on an intermediate plate 19 installed in the lower structure 13 of the bridge and which is brought into slidable contact with a sliding plate 15a installed in the upper structure 11 of the bridge is replaced. When the upper structure 11 of the bridge is lifted up relative to the lower structure 13, a jack 22 is disposed between the undersurface of the sliding plate 15a and the lower structure 13 of the bridge.
