SOLUTION: In the bubble delivering instrument 10, a liquid room L is arranged on the lower part of the bottom part of the air room A, and the air room A and the liquid room L are divided by a liquid piston 52. On the contracting end side of the liquid room L by the liquid piston 52, a liquid passage 101 making the liquid room L communicate with the air room A is formed between the outer periphery of the liquid piston 52 and the inner wall of the liquid room L.
