SOLUTION: This floating body includes: a body part 24; a pair of main wings 15 fitted on both sides of the body part; a take-up shaft 196 provided between the paired main wings and extended in the flapping direction of the main wings; a pair of yarns 191, the respective one ends of which are connected to the paired main wings, the other ends being connected to the take-up shaft; and a main wing motive power device 65 fitted to the body part and adapted to rotate the yarn take-up shaft.
