Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a medicine manager is apt to bear heavy burdens at the conventional medical facility site. SOLUTION: A medicine management device 100 is provided with: a medicine storage part 148 storing a plurality of medicines to be used at the medical facility site; a storage/delivery detecting part 146, when a packaged medicine being a medicine to be stored by the medicine manager is delivered, discriminating the packaged medicine to be operated from other packaged medicines and physically detecting it; and a counting part 150 counting the plurality of packaged medicines for each type. An injection prescription receiving part 152 receives injection prescription data from an external prescription analyzer 250. A delivery determination part 124 determines whether or not the packaged medicine detected to be delivered is the packaged medicine commanded to be delivered in the injection prescription data. A delivery completion notification part 154, with completion of the delivery of the packaged medicine commanded to deliver by the prescription data as a trigger, transmits a delivery completion signal to the prescription analyzer 250.
