Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unnatural effect of an image effect added to an image while shortening a processing time adding the image effect. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes a region-extraction means extracting a region changing the image effect added to an original image as an object region from the original image obtained by imaging and an effect-setting means setting so that the image effect in the object region extracted by the region-extraction means and the image effect in the outside of the object region are made to differ mutually. The imaging apparatus further includes an image-generating means generating a mask image for the image effect added to the original image on the basis of the setting of the image effect by the effect-setting means and an image synthetic means synthesizing the mask image generated by the image-generating means to the original image.
