Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element capable of improving driving voltage, power consumption, luminous efficiency and life property, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element can be improved in the driving power voltage, power consumption, luminous efficiency and life property because an electron transport layer includes any one of the compounds composed of an alkaline metal complex and a compound represented by formula 1, wherein: R1to R7and R16to R22are independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen, phenyl, indenyl, naphthalenyl, benzofuranyl, benzothiphenyl, indolinyl, benzimidazolyl, benzothiazoryl, purinyl, quinolinyl, azurenyl, prolinyl, dibenzofuranyl, carbazolyl, anthracenyl, phenanthrenyl, azridinyl, 1,10-phenanthrolinyl, phenothiazinyl and pyrenyl, and at least one of R8to R15is a 3-30C aromatic heterocyclic group containing a ring having 2 nitrogen atoms; and the balance are independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen, phenyl, indenyl, naphthalenyl, benzofuranyl, benzothiphenyl, indolinyl, benzothiazoryl, quinolinyl, isoquinolinyl, coumarinyl, azurenyl, prolinyl, dibenzofuranyl, carbazolyl, anthracenyl, phenanthrenyl, azridinyl, phenothiazinyl and pyrenyl.
