Then, using the received user information, the user PC unit 1 generates impress information of a target file, so as to store it into an impress information file 13 as impress history. Accordingly, the user management DB unit 2 does not require to perform history management etc., and can be used as the user management DB without modifying a field structure etc. of the existing personnel DB.
