Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain low cost and high reliability, by increasing attraction force, in a solenoid valve using a cylindrical stator with a formed thin part. SOLUTION: Surface treatment for reducing magnetic permeability is applied only to the thin part 13 to be magnetically saturated in the stator 1 by a low electric current. According to this, the magnetic permeability of the thin part 13 is reduced, and since magnetic permeability of a part except for the thin part 13 among the stator 1 is not reduced, the attraction force can be increased. Since a part of the stator 1 is magnetically saturated even by the low electric current, a permanent magnet is not used and a hole is not formed in the thin part so that an inexpensive and highly reliable solenoid valve can be provided.
