Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for a caisson split into upper and lower portions, which can maintain sealing performance even if the caisson causes displacement during construction or after installation even in the case of the caisson split into the upper and lower portions and enabling the passage of a ship, during the construction until the completion of revetment etc. SOLUTION: A tabular inside joint material 11 wider than a joint 3 is vertically arranged in the joint 3 between the caissons 2 and 2 which are arranged adjacently each other in the state of being split into the upper and lower portions; a concrete base 12 with an outside flat surface 12a is arranged in such a manner as to cover the inside joint material 11; and an outside joint material 13, which is equipped with an expansion portion 13a in the state of sandwiching the joint 3 in between, is arranged and fixed on the outside surface 12a of the concrete base 12. Thus, the front and rear of the joint 3 are closed with the inside joint material 11, and the concrete base 12 thereon is placed, so as to absorb the displacement of the split caissons 2 and 2. The outside joint material 13 is mounted outside via the flat concrete base 12, so as to enable the securement of water cutoff properties and adaptation to the displacement during earthquakes etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
