Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin base material overlaid with a photocatalytic layer, that is obtained by forming a photocatalytic layer on a polyvinyl chloride resin base material, shows a sufficient photocatalytic action and does not generate acetaldehyde derived from plasticizers. SOLUTION: This photocatalytic layer-overlaid polyvinyl chloride resin base material is formed by laying a cured product layer made when a curable ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is cured and a photocatalytic layer comprising a photocatalyst in the above order on top of a polyvinyl chloride resin base material.
