Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplitude equalizer employing a planar substrate constitution and a coaxial tube capable of reducing working costs while maintaining low-loss performance in a loss minimum frequency. SOLUTION: The amplitude equalizer includes: a first insulated substrate 1 of which the rear side is a ground conductor 2; a main line 3 having an input/output terminal formed on the front side of the first insulated substrate 1; a strip conductor 4 formed on the front side of the first insulated substrate 1 while extending a pattern positioned near the main line 3, with one end as an open end and the other end as a short-circuit end; a strip line 7 shorter than the strip conductor 4 formed on the front side of a second insulated substrate 5 along the pattern of the strip conductor 4; a ground pattern 9 patterned along the strip line 7 so as to hold the strip line 7 between both sides across a resistor film 8 and being short-circuited with the strip conductor 4 in a distributed manner; and an electric connecting means positioned at the open end side of the strip conductor 4, and electrically connecting the strip line 7 and the main line 3.
