Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily and smoothly fill a filler into the whole discarded water pipe buried in the ground, to fill the filler into even a discarded water pipe which is not wholly buried horizontally and has partially a lowered portion without forming air traps, and to fill the filler while flushing out water inside of the discarded water pipe. SOLUTION: In a method for filling the filler into the discarded water pipe, the hardenable filler 2 in a paste or liquid form before it is hardened is filled into the discarded water pipe 1 buried in the ground. In the method for filling the filler, a pig 3 is positioned at the end of the filler 2 to be filled into the discarded water pipe 1, the pig 3 is forcibly fed by the filler 2 press-fitted into the discarded water pipe 1, and the filler 2 is filled into the discarded water pipe 1.
