HANDRAIL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device which is set at a staircase having a small number of steps, can be very easily set, and can be smoothly connected to a road surface handrail device set on an uppermost road surface of the staircase. SOLUTION: The handrail device 1 is formed of a support 20 set on a side portion of the staircase S, a support arm 30 fixed to an upper edge of the support 20 in an angularly adjustable manner, and a handrail rod 40 mounted on the support arm 30. The support 20 has a holding bracket 50 arranged on an upper edge thereof, for fixing the support arm 30 in an angularly adjustable manner. The support arm 30 is formed by arranging connection arms 31 like the vee. Further a joint bracket 60 set at proximal ends of the connection arms 31, is rotatably fixed to a holding bracket 50 of the support 20. The handrail rod 40 is formed of an upward convex arched portion 41 at the center thereof and linear portions 42 on both ends of the arched portion 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
