Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying process cable of inhibiting a surface crack of a cored block in a simplified operation. SOLUTION: A surface of a cored block W is hot-pressed for 45-90 minutes under a pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa (8-12 kg/cm2) by a hot-plate presser having a hot plate 1 heated to 100-140°C, then the surface of cored block W is released from the hot-plate presser, allowed to cool and subjected to natural or artificial drying. The obtained dried block has less surface or inner cracks, less discoloration and is attainable a color tone close to natural dry woods. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
