TATAMI MAT PADDING CUTTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami mat padding cutting apparatus, facilitating changing and adjusting an angle of a cutting blade. SOLUTION: This tatami mat padding cutting apparatus includes: a frame 1 disposed in the cutting direction; a traveling member 2 traveling along the frame 1; a supporting base plate fixed to the traveling member 2 and provided with a plurality of circular-arc elongated holes 31 to 33 having a swivel center of one point passing a cutting surface in common; a cutter assembly including a base plate for a cutter, which is planted with a plurality of pins 41-43 penetrated through the plurality of circular-arc elongated holes 31-33 of the supporting base plate, respectively and a circular cutting blade B mounted on a frame 5 fixed to the base plate for a cutter and rotated by a motor; and a means for shifting the relative position of the base plate for a cutter to the supporting base plate taking the swivel center as an axis, wherein the angle of the circular cutting blade B is set by turning the base plate for a cutter.
