METHOD OF COUNTER TEST IN PCM CURRENT DIFFERENTIAL RELAY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a test by simplifying the configuration. SOLUTION: A test device 1Mis provided on the main protection device 2 side and a test device 1Sis provided on the terminal device 3 side. The main protection device 2 and the terminal device 3 are connected by an optical fiber cable 4 serving as a transmission system. A press button switch 5 inputs a concurrent fault input to the main protection device 2 via a trigger IN. The oscillation output (relay operation signal) of the terminal device 3 is supplied to a DC voltmeter 6. In a counter test (temporal characteristic test) of a relay using the test devices 1Mand 1S, the concurrent fault input is transmitted from the trigger IN to the main protection device 2 and the terminal device 3 via the optical fiber cable 4 as a transmission system. Then, the main protection device 2 and the terminal device 3 simultaneously output and supply a signal of a trigger OUT to the test devices 1Mand 1Sas a state change signal.
