Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element for suppressing leakage magnetic fluxes, reducing electromagnetic faults, reducing a current loss, improving an efficiency, suppressing heat generation, and facilitating downsizing. SOLUTION: A transformer (inductance element) 50 has: a core 11 that faces through an air gap G; a winding wire 15 which is wound around the core 11, is energized by a current, and forms the magnetic path of a route including the air gap G on the core 11; and a short ring 20 formed of a nonmagnetic metal material to cover the air gap G with a prescribed interval from the air gap G. A magnetic flux leaking from the air gap G to the outside does not reach the short ring 20, the magnetic flux is not changed to an eddy current and loss is not generated. Thus, leakage magnetic fluxes are suppressed, electromagnetic faults are reduced, a current loss is reduced, an efficiency is improved, heat generation is suppressed, and downsizing is facilitated.
