PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve the reference operation of a relevant window by reducing the labor of an operator in switching a window. SOLUTION: A state storage part 107 stores the display state (window size, window position and reference position or the like) of a relevant window associated with a specific window by an association part 108 in a relevant window information array 105, and when a monitoring part 103 detects the switching of an active window, a state restoration part 106 restores the state of the relevant window of the window which has been newly made active on the basis of the display state of the relevant window stored in the relevant window information array 105.
