SHERBET ICE PRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sherbet ice producing device capable of obtaining the sherbet ice of a uniform IPF (Ice Packing Factor) even if the sherbet ice is not sufficiently stirred. SOLUTION: This sherbet ice producing device comprises a stirring machine 5 for stirring the sherbet ice 2 in an ice storage tank 3, a float 10 floated on the sherbet ice 2, a flexible hose 15 connected with the float 10 at its one end and discharging the sherbet ice 2 from a prescribed depth position from a liquid level, and a discharge pump 14 connected with the other end of the hose 15 for discharging the sherbet ice 2 to the outside of the tank 3. The sherbet ice 2 of the uniform IPF can be discharged from an initial period to a later period in discharging. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
