Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water washing toilet seat device capable of detecting contamination in a casing and of reporting the contamination. SOLUTION: Warm water washing nozzles 10, 11 push open a shutter 23 installed in an opening 24 at the front edge of a toilet seat box 2 and project forward from the opening 24. An odor sensor 30 is attached in the toilet seat box 2 near the opening 24. When a predetermined time is elapsed after a person leaves a toilet room, a concentration signal detected by the odor sensor 30 is input into a control circuit, and compared with a preset reference value. When the detected odor concentration is higher than the reference value, a LED 25 lights up or flashes. Consequently, the contamination in the toilet seat box 2 is reported.
