Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a Ti-Al-containing Ni-based high alloy while preventing the pickup of Mg and the contamination of Mg, when manufacturing the Ti-Al-containing Ni-based high alloy by using a vacuum induction furnace. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes: smelting a raw material in which each alloy component is blended, in the vacuum induction furnace; adding NiO to a flux mainly containing CaO; refining the raw material; then tapping the hot metal out from the vacuum induction furnace to a ladle, prior to a casting step; and subsequently refining the hot metal by using a flux formed of Al2O3-CaO-CaF2, in the ladle.
