FERMENTED SOYBEAN CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FERMENTED SOYBEAN USING FERMENTED SOYBEAN CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented soybean container that eliminates a film such as a synthetic resin sheet (edible sheet) for preventing fermented soybeans from being dried, reduces the capacity of a widely used container body when it is covered with a lid, thereby ensuring to bring surfaces of fermented soybeans into contact with the lid body, and thereby preventing the fermented soybeans from being dried, and is able to prevent an increase in transport cost. SOLUTION: The fermented soybean container 1 has a container body 2, and a lid body 7 used for covering the container body 2. A projecting part 10 is formed on the lid 7 along its perimeter. When the lid body 7 covers the container body 2, the projecting part 10 forcibly collects cooked soybeans 13 into the central part of the container body 2 so that surfaces of the cooked soybeans 13 are brought into contact with the lid body 7.
