Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily trap and recover floating objects. SOLUTION: A lifter 12 is integrally mounted at the front end of a telescopic rod portion 11. The lifter 12 has ring-shaped lug portions 12b, 12c at both ends of a rope-shaped lifter body 12a longer than the rod portion 11 when elongated. The lifter body 12a is joined near its one-end lug portion 12b to the front end of the rod portion 11. A loop 12A of the lifter 12 is formed on the ring of the lug portion 12b at one end of the lifter body 12a through the lifter body 12a. Part of the loop 12A is gripped by a grip 15 on the side of the rod portion 11 to hold the shape of the loop 12A. With the loop 12A of the lifter 12 fitted and fastened to the floating objects 13, the lifter 12 lifts up and recover the floating objects 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
