CIRCULAR ARC SLIDING STRUCTURE OF MOLDING MOLD AND MOLDING METHOD OF CIRCULAR ARC SHAPE PART USING MOLDING MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a working structure becomes large because a rotatable core for forming a curved circular arc shape is rotatively worked around a rotation shaft in a conventional device for forming an under-cut shape onto an injection molding. SOLUTION: A support pin 13 is disposed on a curved core pin 9, a first curved sliding surface 10a for guiding the support pin 13 is disposed on a fixation guide core 10, a second curved sliding surface 11a for transmitting a sliding power to the support pin 13 is disposed on a sliding core 11, a support pin 13 is arranged so as to slide on both of the first curved sliding surface 10a and the second curved sliding surface 11a, and, by reciprocally moving the sliding core 11, the curved core pin 9 is made to go in and out through a cavity forming a molding, in a circular arc shape.
