Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work piece holding frame member having a prescribed thickness and a work piece holding tool using the work piece holding frame member without increasing cost. SOLUTION: Even when the thickness of a main frame member 3 made of a laminated plate is uneven, a correcting frame member 6 having such a thickness as to correct the unevenness is selected and used on the main frame member 3. Thus, the entire thickness of the work piece holding frame member 5 can be corrected to the prescribed thickness. Since positioning holes 16 are formed on the main frame member 3, the correcting frame member 6 and adhesive layers 7 and 8, when they are laminated and integrated, a positional accuracy can be improved.
