Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a maize snack that has further more improved nutrition balance than a conventional method and excellent flavor, color and texture feeling. SOLUTION: The method for producing the maize snack comprises: a step of filtering and desalting ocean deep water in a natural state; a step of immersing maize or a maize mixture in the obtained ocean deep water; a step of drying the obtained maize or maize mixture, then grinding the mixture to prepare coarse-ground powder or powder; a step of mixing the obtained coarse-ground powder or powder with the obtained ocean deep water and steaming the mixture;a step of molding the steamed coarse powder; and a step of frying and swelling the obtained formed product.
