Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently constructing bone or cartilage hybrid tissue suitable for amendment (regeneration) of defective parts of bone or cartilage from a bone marrow cell or a mesenchymal stem cell. SOLUTION: The bone or cartilage hybrid tissue is constructed by adding an osteoplastic factor or introducing an osteoinductive transcription factor gene to the bone marrow cell or the mesenchymal stem cell, and culturing the resultant cell in the quasi-microgravity environment.
