Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter apparatus which generates a high voltage AC voltage outputted/controlled from an AC power source, using a simple structure and which can be further miniaturized. SOLUTION: The inverter apparatus is provided with a rectifier 2 which full wave-rectifies the AC power source 1, a switching device 3 switching a pulsating flow whose full wave is rectified by the rectifier 2, and a transformer 4 having an insulating function to which a high frequency obtained in the switching device 3 is inputted to a primary side and which outputs boosted AC from a secondary side as a supply power source.
