SOLUTION: In an outlet 1 to supply DC power of a preset voltage to an outlet plug 10 having a plurality of blades 11 and 12 by respectively connecting a plurality of DC power supply wires Wdc1 and Wdc2 from a DC power supply to a plurality of blade receivers to which the blades 11 and 12 are connected, a connection detecting means 4 is provided to detect whether the plurality of DC power supply wires Wdc1 and Wdc2 of the DC power supply are connected to the plurality of blade receivers 2 and 3 without reversing the polarities.
