PRINTED MATTER ISSUING APPARATUS, PRINTED MATTER ISSUING METHOD, AND PRINTED MATTER ISSUANCE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter issuing apparatus capable of holding a print issue until a person takes it out without causing paper jamming. SOLUTION: The printed matter issuing apparatus, which issues the print issue from an opening, has: a print part which prints the print issue by conveying a print sheet toward the opening and performing printing on the conveyed print sheet; a cutting part which cuts the print issue so as to be completely separated from the print sheet; a shutter member capable of moving between an open position for opening at least the opening and a closed position for closing the opening and which is provided in the opening; a shutter control part which performs opening/closing control to the shutter member between the open position and the close position; and a control part which controls the print part, the cutting part, and a shutter control part. The control part controls the shutter control part to close the shutter member, and controls the cutting part to cut the print issue from the printing sheet on condition that print by the print part is completed.
