Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge pattern generator capable of manufacturing a high quality color filter without quality decline due to density irregularities and color mixing by a non-discharge nozzle and a misdirection nozzle. SOLUTION: The inkjet discharge device includes: a storage means for storing the kinds of the excellent state, non-discharge state and misdirection state of the nozzles for discharging ink to respective pixels of a substrate; a discharge pattern data creation means for allocating the nozzle for discharging droplets to each pixel, and when the nozzle is in the misdirection state, calculating the position of the nozzle, calculating the landing position to the pixel of the droplet discharged from the position of the nozzle, specifying use of the nozzle when the landing position is within the pixel and non-use of the nozzle otherwise, and creating discharge pattern data for which the number of discharge drops to the pixel is allocated to the nozzle; and a means for discharging the droplets from the nozzle to the pixel on the basis of the discharge pattern data.
