INSPECTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring an inspection part into good condition with good workability by automatically, easily and surely removing flux attached on the inspection part at the time of inspection. SOLUTION: A printed substrate 5 is set on the prescribed position and fixed by the fixing member 6, then the operation lever 2 is operated for turning. The operation of the operation lever 2 is detected by the positional sensor, the detection signal is outputted to the control member 8. The control member 8 starts a driving member 7, raises a pin base body 3 for making the contact pins 4 abut against the printed substrate 5 for removing the flux attached on the inspection part. The control member 8 surely removes the flux, by controlling the pin base body 3 for making it move vertically by a previously determined number of times. After that, the control member 8 moves the pin base body 3 by actuating the driving member 7, and the contact pins 4 are set at the inspection staring positions for performing the electrical inspection of the printed substrate 5.
