MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT DEVICE OF ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance and management device of an elevator capable of enhancing the working efficiency in measurement for the maintenance of apparatuses of the elevator by a maintenance person, and correctly recording the result of the measurement. SOLUTION: An RFID writer 1 in an elevator facility acquires the measurement value by a voltage meter and a current meter of an apparatus for connection when the predetermined time is elapsed. The RFID writer 1 reads out information of the names of buildings and the machine number stored in an internal storage device, stores the read-out information together with the information on the acquired measurement value in an IC tag 2 on the side of the RFID writer 1. When an RFID reader 3 carried by a maintenance person is brought close to the IC tag 2, the RFID reader 3 reads the information stored in the IC tag 2. Then, the RFID reader 3 transmits the read-out information to a portable communication terminal device 4 carried by the maintenance person. When the portable communication terminal device 4 receives information from the RFID reader 3, it stores the received information in the internal storage device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
