Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette arrangement guiding mechanism and a cassette arrangement guiding method which facilitate a quick access to a tablet cassette from which tablet sheets are used up frequently and facilitate a supplementation of tablet sheets even when a tablet cassette with a width dimension that matches with the sheet width of a tablet sheet is used. SOLUTION: A medicine preparing apparatus 1 has a cassette shelf on which a plurality of tablet cassettes 500, 500, and so on each having a cassette width that matches with a width dimension of a PTP tablet sheet are arranged in the width direction. LEDs 650 for guiding relocation of each tablet cassette in accordance with its use frequency are arranged, as the cassette arrangement guiding mechanism, at regular intervals on a push plate so that the LEDs corresponds to respective tablet cassettes arranged on a shelf plate of the cassette shelf.
