Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply device which can make compatible both the reduction of noise and the reduction of an energy loss. SOLUTION: The vehicle power supply device comprises: a battery B1; a voltage converter 12 which is arranged between the battery B1 and vehicle loads (an inverter 14 and a motor M), converts voltages, and includes IGBT elements Q1, Q2 and an reactor L1; a control device 30 which makes a power switching element of the converter 12 perform switching at a prescribed frequency not higher than an upper limit of an audible range; and a speaker 40 which outputs a sound wave inverted in phase with respect to that of the noise of the audible range output from the voltage converter, and reduces a noise level.
