HAND-OVER CONTROL METHOD, AND BASE STATION APPARATUS USING THE SAME, AND TERMINAL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information regarding peripheral base station apparatuses, even when base station apparatuses are not installed according to plan. SOLUTION: A receiving part 28 receives a hand-over request from a terminal apparatus. A hand-over processing part 30 executes hand-over processing for the terminal apparatus whose request has been received. A radio unit 20 executes communication with the terminal apparatus of which the hand-over processing is executed. The receiving part 28 receives information regarding a base station apparatus which is a hand-over source, together with the request. A generation section 32 generates the database of information regarding a peripheral base station apparatus, on the basis of the received information.
