Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic fine structure, capable of easily manufacturing a plastic fine structure having a metallic thin film closely fitted and fixed to a predetermined part of a structure having a special shape, and a plastic structure manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: The method includes preparing a transfer and shift mold 15 having a fine irregular pattern 13 and a metallic thin film 17 adhered to only a protruding part 13a and the vicinity thereof, pressing the mold onto a heated plastic substrate 3 to transfer the fine irregular pattern to the plastic substrate, and shifting the metallic thin film 7 to the plastic substrate side.
