WOODEN GLASS DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in the present situation where laminated safety glass is used for an indoor living-room door for safety, that the glass becomes heavier if making it thicker while the strength is reduced to 0.6 in a single plate of the same thickness, many doors do not have an upper crosspiece and a lower crosspieces for showing a slimmer appearance and the glass area becomes small because of the frequent breakage. SOLUTION: An upper crosspiece and a lower crosspiece are used for safety. Therefore, an alignable round-rod anchor box is inserted into both ends of the upper crosspiece/lower cross piece of the narrow, thin and strong material of a different kind. Then, the round-rod anchor is press-fitted into guide holes in both ends of a vertical stile which is formed in advance, stopped after aligning, fastened with a screw, pressed again and finally inserted. The small crosspieces makes it possible to coordinate colors. Also, the glass area can freely be designed because of the crosspieces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
