Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for coating, with which a coated film having excellent antifouling property and repairing property while having a frosted appearance can be formed. SOLUTION: The resin composition includes (A) to (D) components comprising (A) a fluorine-containing resin containing a side chain including a fluorine-containing olefin component unit and a dimethylsiloxane component unit, and a reactive hydroxyl group, (B) an acrylpolyol resin containing a reactive hydroxyl group, (C) a curing agent, and (D) particles for frosting, wherein, the solid content mass ratio of (A) the fluorine-containing resin to (B) the acrylpolyol resin is 2/98 to 50/50, the hydroxyl group value of the solid content of (B) the acrylpolyol resin is 100 to 200 mgKOH/g, and (C) the curing agent is selected from polyvalent isocyanates.
