Thus, by efficiently disposing the power cord winding device 4 and the rotary bumper 2 capable of 360-degree rotation with excellent handleability which are functional components to the vacuum cleaner main body 1 in the circular shape, the small-sized vacuum cleaner excellent in the obstacle avoiding property is provided.
