Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of effectively removing odor inside a cabinet without disturbing the air-conditioned environment in a room. SOLUTION: The ventilation device includes an air feeding path 3 communicating with the inside of the cabinet 1 having a storage space 1a and the outdoors; an air feeding fan disposed inside an air feeding duct 7 disposed on the way of the air feeding path 3 for feeding air from the outdoors into the cabinet through the air feeding path; an exhaust path 4 communicating with the inside of the cabinet 1 and the outdoors; and an exhaust fan disposed inside an exhaust duct 8 disposed on the way of the exhaust path for exhausting air from inside the cabinet to the outdoors via the exhaust path.
