Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in I/Q phase and amplitude errors causing I/Q imbalance even if increasing a frequency. SOLUTION: A calibration signal, which does not include the I/Q imbalance causing the I/Q amplitude and phase errors, is generated, the calibration signal is used to adjust the phase so that the error of an I/Q phase becomes 0, and amplitude is adjusted so that I/Q amplitudes become equal at points of 0, ±π/2, thereby calibrating I/Q characteristics following the frequency.
