SOLUTION: When an arrival limit determining unit 120 determines that an arrival sound is troublesome according to vehicle information (brake, steering wheel operation, winker operation, vehicle velocity, etc.) acquired by a vehicle information acquisition unit 104, a control unit 107 performs control so that no arrival sound is generated, or the arrival sound is stepwise varied, or the arrival sound is modified.
