RIB FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a starting portion of a rib to be higher than other portions, in a rib forming device forming a rib on a substrate. SOLUTION: In the rib forming device, due to being controlled of a nozzle rotation part 427 by a control part, a posture (that is, a discharging direction of a rib forming material from a nozzle part 421) of the nozzle part 421 is changed by rotating the nozzle part 421 around a rotation axis 426 as a center, an angle between an apical surface of the nozzle part 421 and an upper surface 91 of a substrate 9 at the time of forming a rib leader is made smaller than an angle upon forming an intermediate part after forming a starting portion. With this, a height of a discharge opening upon forming the starting portion is made smaller than a height of a discharge opening upon forming the intermediate part, thus the starting portion of the rib to rise higher than the intermediate part can be prevented.
