LOSS PREVENTION SYSTEM OF BELONGINGS, PORTABLE INFORMATION TERMINAL USED FOR THE SAME, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, and the like, which prevents loss of an article by leaving behind, and the like, during transfer, while carrying the article storing confidential information, or the like. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a radio IC tag 3, where inherent information capable of being detected by a portable information terminal 2 is written and which is attached to the article 7; the portable information terminal 2, having a GPS function 22 of obtaining positional information, a clock function 23; a function 21 of reading the inherent information of the radio IC tag 3, and a communication function 24 with an information managing device 1, and the information managing device 1 having a communication function with the portable information terminal 2; a function of storing scheduled route information, scheduled time information in accordance with a route; a check point for the route of the article 7, and a function of tracking a transfer route of the portable information terminal 2 from the positional information and time information transmitted from the portable information terminal 2. The information managing device 1 emits a command signal for checking the existence of the article 7 to the portable information terminal 2, when it is recognized that the position of the portable information terminal 2 is at the position of the check point.
