COLOR IMAGE FORMING DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device and a program capable of preventing increase of frequency of detection of amount of positional deviation beyond necessity irrespective of the relationship of temperature and amount of positional deviation being not always linear but being nonlinear to reduce user's downtime. SOLUTION: This color image forming device is provided with a temperature detection means 30 for detecting temperature of each image forming unit, a determined value specifying means 31 for specifying a change amount determined value being a condition for detecting amount of positional deviation by using the information about temperature based on the temperature of each image forming unit detected by the temperature detection means 30 for predicting increase of positional deviation as an index, and a determining means 32 for determining whether positional deviation correction processings are performed or not if amount of change of the information about temperature based on the temperature of each image forming unit obtained by the temperature detection means 30 and the information about temperature during previous positional deviation correction processings.
