Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device, preventing a rod of an electromagnetic solenoid in the non-excited state from being forcedly moved backward by a screw driver or the like. SOLUTION: A central part of a first rotation regulating lever 18 is pivoted through a pin 19 on one end of a connecting lever 16, the other end of which is pivoted on the rod 15a of the electromagnetic solenoid 15. A stopper pin 25 is pivoted through a pin 22 on one end part 18a of the first rotation regulating lever 18, and a rocking end 20a of a second rotation regulating lever 20 is also pivoted thereon. With the rod 15a moved forward, the other end part 18b of the first rotation regulating lever 18 engages with a regulating member 23, and the other end part 18b is energized in the direction of engaging with the regulating member 23 by a tension coil spring 26.
