METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite yarn, by which the composite yarn produced by twisting nano fibers produced by a charge induction spinning method in a plurality of layers and having a plurality of characteristics can be produced in good productivity. SOLUTION: This method for producing the composite yarn is characterized by including at least a process for moving a core fiber 1, the first twisted yarn process for winding up, on the core fiber 1, the first nano fibers 6 produced by flowing out a raw material solution from small holes 5 disposed on the periphery of the moved core fiber 1 by a charge induction spinning method to form the primary composite yarn 12, and the second twisted yarn process for winding up, on the primary composite yarn 12, the second nano fibers 16 produced by flowing out a raw material solution from small holes 15 disposed on the periphery of the primary composite yarn 12 moved through the first twisting yarn process by a charge induction spinning method to form the secondary composite yarn 22.
