Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the distribution of air velocity in a heating heat-exchanger in the layout of three-section lateral setting. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner includes an air blower section 11 accommodating an air blower 11b for flowing air, a cooler section 12a accommodating a cooling heat-exchanger 16 for cooling the air blown from the air blower section 11, and a heater section 12b accommodating the heating heat-exchanger 17 for heating the air cooled by passing through the cooler section 12a. The air blower section 11, cooler section 12a and heater section 12b are arranged in series in this order. In the heater section 12b, a bend passage 15a for bending the air flow at nearly 90 degrees is formed on the upstream side of the air flow upper than the heating heat-exchanger 17. Straightening guides have a bend plate portion 31, which is directed to the upstream side of the air flow of the bend passage 15a in one end and is directed to the downstream side of the air flow of the bend passage 15a in the other end.
