Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring reagent for human IgG whose handling is convenient, and measurement accuracy, specificity and reproducibility are excellent. SOLUTION: Provided is a measuring reagent for a protein containing Fc of human IgG featured by that two kinds of monoclonal antibodies which recognize Fc of human IgG but antigen-recognition sites are different are contained as a constituent and by that one antibody in the monoclonal antibodies is a labelled antibody and another antibody is an immobilized antibody in a reagent for measuring human IgG in a test sample. A measuring reagent for a protein containing Fc of human IgG which contains a monoclonal antibody produced from a hybridoma cell represented by Accession No.FERM P-21367 and a monoclonal antibody produced from a hybridoma cell represented by Accession No.FERM P-21366 as a constituent is suitable as the measuring reagent for a protein containing Fc of human IgG.
